Leah Byrne
Representing the wonderful Leah Byrne, a Scottish actor from Glasgow, whose warm and friendly Scottish accent makes her a joy to listen to across a wide range of projects.
Leah trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, earning a place on the prestigious BA Acting course and graduating in 2019. She was immediately accepted onto the Dundee Rep Graduate Scheme, where she began an impressive stage career. Since then, Leah has gone on to work with almost every major theatre company in Scotland, establishing herself as a respected and in-demand performer.
Alongside her stage work, Leah has built a strong screen career. She can currently be seen as DC Rose Dickson in Netflix’s Dept. Q, directed by Scott Frank (The Queen’s Gambit, Godless). Her other credits include Call The Midwife, Nightsleeper, and The Last Bus.
With a naturally engaging tone and exceptional range, Leah’s Scottish voice brings authenticity, charm, and warmth to every project she takes on, from narration and commercials to character work and beyond.
